The Benefits:
TTMessenger works by converting any computer printable document into the most widely
and commonly used format; the PDF. If you need to share a newly created document
with a third party, the best way to do it is by converting it into the PDF
format. By converting your document into PDF, you can make sure that the
receiving entity will see it in the exact way that you intended it to be seen
and by password protecting it, you can make sure that it is not altered, copied,
or even printed! - All of this, with the help of TTMessenger.
Another advantage is that
PDF documents are very small in size, often making a normal 100kb
document into one that is no larger than 10kb. The quality of the
original document is retained, it can be viewed on almost every
computer and the time to send via email is greatly reduced.
Is it difficult to do?
The process is actually very simple. After you
install TTMessenger in your computer, you will find a new printer driver in your
list of common printers called "TTFaxer". Once you finish typing your
letter, creating your spreadsheet or presentation, all you have to do is choose TTFaxer from the printer list and click on print. After you click on
print, TTMessenger will open up and in the "File" menu you will have the
option of saving the file "Save As" to your hard drive. Only 3 steps!
So why is this feature free?
TTMessenger has three primary purposes that can be used independently of each
other. You can make and receive phone calls, send and receive SMSs and do
the same with faxes. However, to be able to send faxes from the computer
and from any document format, TraiTel had to develop a PDF printer that
could be used from within any application. The 3 step
process seen above (in the image shown) was first developed for sending faxes,
now by simply choosing
"save as" in the actions menu you can save the PDF converted document
into your hard drive and then do anything you need with it.Note that
TTMessenger is completely free and does not expire or
reduce its functionality after 14/30 days of use. Registration
with TraiTel or filling out any forms is not required. There are
no pop ups or any advertisements. There is also NO
technical support as revenue is not generated from this feature.
